The DALRC Retiree Assistance Program, Inc. (RAP) is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2007 to provide critical financial assistance to Delta Air Lines retirees and their spouses facing financial hardship due to health-related challenges. The Board of Directors is committed to maintaining a fair, objective, and financially sustainable program that upholds the organization’s integrity while extending support to the broadest possible community of eligible recipients.

DALRC Retiree Assistance Program, Inc. (RAP) provides financial help to eligible members of the Delta retiree community facing financial hardship due to health or medical issues. If you or someone you know—such as a qualifying spouse or friend—is in need, we encourage you to share this program and invite them to apply for a grant.


If you’re a Delta Retiree and meet certain income levels, you may qualify for a twelve-month grant from the DALRC RAP, Inc.
